Development Squad ++++++ PLUS

On Sat morning we are meeting to run the course of Churchtown South.
We will meet at the hall in Churchtown at 9.30 for anyone interested Anyone not in the Dev Squad are most welcome also. It is a two lap course so anyone stuck for time etc can do one lap. The race itself the 3rd in the Ballycotton Summer Series takes place next Thur. and several have commented that they found doing the courses of the previous races very helpful.
