CROSS COUNTRY

The following are the dates for the cross country races this season.  Apart from the East Cork competitions, all other races have to be entered in advance.  Could anyone interested in running cross country this season kindly let me know, so I can keep them updated with information nearer the dates.  The races we would definitely hope to have teams for are the East Cork novice/masters, the county novice and county masters.  Depending on numbers I hope that we will be able to have teams in more events.

We really would encourage as many as possible to do the Cross Country season it is really amazing how much it will stand to you the following year. Just look at any of the athletes who have done very well in the Ballycotton Series they all did Cross Country. Just consider trying it for the East Cork Championships alone.  Danny
