Ballyclough 5KM
Once again last evening saw some fantastic running from David Moynihan when he finish 4th in the Ballyclough 5 Km with a time of 18.40. Remember this man did the marathon in Cork also. Once again also our Neilus Aherne came 1st O/60 and finished 9th overall Whilst Sean O'Sullivan running on his home turf had a great run of 20.00.

Track: 200m, 800m, 3000m, 4 x 400m Relay and Steeplechase (Subject to pre-entry/demand)
Field: Hammer, Javelin, Long Jump & Triple Jump.Enttry Fee: 5 Euro, payable on /the night - covers meet entry - enter as many events as you wish, same 5 Euro covers all.
