CROSS COUNTRY UPDATES

As the summer draws to a close, the cross country season is rapidly approaching.  As usual, we are encouraging as many members as possible to run cross country.  It is not just for the elite or experienced runners.  Everyone is able to give it a go.  

Below is a comprehensive list of the season's events. Don't let this list put you off!  For those of you who are new to cross country running, the races to target particularly would be the East Cork championships on 18 September and the County Novice on 2 October.

 

We would love to continue to build on the club's successes at cross country in recent years.
