Shanagarry 5km

Once again another great nights running from our club with prizes galore from our ladies once again proving that the training is paying off all round.

 There were a total of seventy nine runners  and again the race was not supported by several local clubs and running groups. Either way it was a great night for running and there were some great times.

It was great to see Gillian Bransfield finishing 3^rd Lady overall her highest ever finishing place and she got a PB to add to her achievement . Well done Gillian on a great run and very well deserved for all your hard work.

Just for the information of those who asked I did not design the poster for the race "No Pacers No Posers" that was the organiser of the race who did the poster but it was great to see a serious race with no nonsense attached. Well done once again Ballycotton Running Promotions for keeping the tradition alive.
