There is only one AAI event in Cork this weekend in Liscarroll and it is a really nice race. Our man Neilus Aherne will be running in the National Masters 1500m and 5000m in Tullamore and we all wish him the very best and hope he repeats the success he had last weekend in winning the National Half Marathon Championships O/60.
