East Cork Novice Cross Country

The East Cork novice cross country takes place on Sunday, 9 December in Kartworld, Watergrasshill.  It starts with the juvenile races at 11.30am, adult races will be at about 12.30 pm.  This is a good opportunity for anyone interested in trying cross country, and the last chance this season for a small low-key race.

The Marathon is over The Waterford Half Marathon is over so here is a chance to try Cross Country just up the road from you.
Some people find they are better at Cross Country than on the road and here is your chance to find out in a nice and easy atmosphere. So come on and run for your club.
 Just look at how much those that ran Cross Country last year have improved  their times on the road this year.
