It is BHAA registration time again ..... Just €10 gets you a full year of BHAA races for €5 per race rather than the €10 unregistered race fee! The Midleton Town Council team reg forms will be available at training on Monday and Wednesday nights for the next few weeks. It is very important to get your reg form in asap.....just collect the form and get the form + €10 off to Kevin pronto. Once you have done this could you text your contact number to team secretary Edmond on 086-8323267 so that you can get text alerts in advance of each race.

The only cross country race on the Cork BHAA calendar, this race traditionally takes place early on in the year. The course is 5k over 3 laps around the fields near Beaumont Quarry. This is a good way to start the year and is a good introduction to cross-country running.
Registration from 9.30am and refreshments afterwards at Cork Constitution Club House.
