We had a number of runners there on Sunday morning. The was a total of 1068 finishers. We had Erica Gatt Coliro, Amanda Cooney Conor Cronin, John Cashmanand our prizewinner Ger O'Regan who took 3rd0/55. Well done all.

YOGA with Women In Sport

Saturday 15th August marked our local women in sport 'Power and Flow' with Carol O'Brien yoga. Which took place on a beautiful morning, we had a great turn-out of 10 women in the most idealic setting of Driftwood Saleen and even better company. Think this is one of our favourite events yet! Well done everyone who attended!

Westport Olympic Triathlon

 I won my age group in Westport Olympic triathlon. 7th lady overall. My first one at that distance so I was delighted. National series race so was competitive enough! There was a 10km at the end I didn’t know how it would go but I was happy enough with it.

Macroom 5Km

This took place on Tuesday and we had one runner there Michael Beirne who had another fine run.
