Lads and Ladies this is an ideal opportunity to try Cross Country in a nice friendly atmosphere Ideal for the first timer so why not give it a go. Anyone who can run around the field at training on a Monday can do this and maybe you will discover a hidden talent. It is a team sport and every runner counts.
We need a few O/35 ladies especially for a team so come on, be brave and help your club mates bring hope the medals.
Its only out the road and you will be home again in no time Danny

MRRA report and photos Andre Brodkorb
We had three entries from Midleton AC at today’s Munster Mountain Running Association race in our own Curragh woods in Midleton. It is a hard and difficult race, but Henry Millard, Barry Williams and Siobhan Barry managed the steep slopes, which were transformed overnight from lovely summer trails to muddy and treacherous mountain trails. Well done everyone!

CLOYNE 5Km
Another great night in Cloyne and superbly organised, It was wonderful to meet so many old friends and to see so many out running.
We had a great crew out and all ran well. The Flying Spiteri Duo both had great runs whilst Ger O'Regan narrowly missed out on a PB .Loveness Hegarty showed her class and had a cracking run and earned herself a PB.
A great evening was had by all and a big thanks to all our members who came out to support including young Tom McCarthy who was there to cheer on his Dad Eugene. Thank you Cloyne Community for making it all happen.
