WEEKEND RUNAROUND

The Proof is in the photo that behind every great Ironman is an IRONWOMAN. Mike and Michelle Dorney in Youghal after the IRONMAN on Sunday last.

John Buckley Cork 10 Mile
We had a large amount of runners here on Saturday and our first man home was Tony Forrestal in 55.34 finishing 12th overall and our first Lady was Deirdre Aherne in 78.06 coming 5th in her category There were over 1,200 runners taking part.
Special well done to our one Prizewinner Joseph Power 2nd O/65.
Reports varied from some people loving it to others finding it tough.
Well done everyone and apologies to anyone I missed also please send me in any PBs etc.
