Mallow 10Mile

We had six  runners in Mallow this morning and all appeared to run very well. Sheila Buckley did 73.21 showing she is well on her way back to full form. Margaret Jones ( 3rd O/50) did a cracking 76.50 which is excellent considering the amount of training (or lack of) she has managed to put in lately. " Five miles a week for the past few months" as per Margaret.

Michael Beirne did 84.03 and Linda Curtin 84.25. Bernie Twomey managed a fine run in 87.57 making up for the Dungarvan 10 when she was unwell. Amanda Cooney as always had a solid run in 104.28. A great day was had by all and well done to Mallow AC for excellent organisation.

Three very happy ladies.

A well earned coffee
