Dungarvan 10 Mile

On an ideal Sunday morning for running there were almost three thousand runners on the roads around Dungarvan and we had a fine crowd amongst them. 

Some of our crew had powerful runs and others had "a bad day at the office" as they said themselves. 

Our first man home was Darren Aherne in 62.26 a little down on last year but a fantastic result on the way back from injury and our first lady was Delisha (Dee) Duran in the cracking time of 73.35. Well done all and several PBs were had on the day including Michael Beirne who improved his PB by over five minutes.
