The hibernation is over and its time to get back training for those who took a break because on Monday we return to training on the All Weather Pitch Midleton College at 6pm. So please don't say you have not been told.

Nike RunFest Norway

Our member Sinead Falvey attended at this amazing event this week end. She had heard that Jakob Ingebrigtsen was looking for someone to run with so she was happy to oblige She ran 5Km and  10Km .What an amazing experience.
