Time Trials
On what proved to be a beautiful morning for running our club race took place on Sunday morning.With over thirty runners taking part. It took place over a four mile section of what we call the Midleton Five route and was superbly organised by Marc Dalton and his crew of helpers. People predicted their times and were left off in that order with the slowest going off first. Great credit is due to the runners as everyone kept their social distance and filled in their Covid 19 forms etc.
The first man home was Kevin Toth and our first lady was Shevaun Hogan. Special mention for Ger O'Regan who was wearing his new Nike Vaporfly shoes for the first time and got a new PB as did a few others. Well done all.
Prizes and Spot Prizes will be presented at training tomorrow evening. Danny
