Great Win For Helen Gilroy in Corkbeg 4Mile

Helen Gilroy had a fantastic run was first lady home in Corkbeg on Thursday evening on a tough but enjoyable course. Paul Spiteri also had a great run and got a new PB as did Edwin Cashman running on his old home turf. Esther Murphy took 2nd O/45, Masry O'Keeffe 1st O/50 and Amanda Cooney 1st O/55.
It was great to see so many from the club out tonight and also members from every club in East Cork supporting this worthy cause and a race in memory of a lovely young man Robbie Steele. The afters were of the usual very high standard that we have come to expect from this race. Well done to all involved and to all who ran.
