Wins for Loveness, Caroline and Edmond plus a PB for Eileen.
The secret is out the way to win races is to party late into the night and run a race next morning. Loveness Hegarty did just that and won 1st O/35 this morning in Killeagh. Some fine running did it for Caroline Geary who came 1st O/40 and another party animal but an animal at the running also is Edmond O'Sullivan who came 1st O/60. Eileen Leahy had a powerful run to finish 4th Lady and get a new PB . It was a really well organised event and amazing to chat after and have "the cuppa and some grub"
We had a fine number there from our club so well done all.
Spring Social
Huge kudos must go to Colette Dalton who organised the Spring Social (with a little help from Marc) after several disappointments and cancellations Saturday nights event was fantastic. Alongside a great meal she organised a really entertaining quiz and Marc presented a brilliant slide show of the clubs activities from the past two years. A great night was had by all. So THANK YOU Colette (and thanks also to Marc for assisting).
