Gold For Tony Forristal

We have a County Champion 

Men's Team win Silver

Ladies Team win Bronze

The County Novice B took place at Cork Athletics grounds in Riverstick on Sunday and we saw some great racing. Tony Forristal had a might run to easily win Gold and considering he ran the Dublin Marathon only two weeks ago, climbed Carrauntoohil  yesterday and had his stag party this weekend also that is some achievement. He was aided on the team by Declan Dorgan, Tim Hannon, Mike Cremin and Ger O'Regan.This team came away with 2nd Place and Silver Medals.

Our Ladies also excelled themselves with powerful running from Caroline Geary, Siobhan O'Leary, Loveness Hegarty and Susan Fitzgerald and came away with 3rd place winning the Bronze Medals 

Thomas Kent 10Km

We had some runners there today also in some terrible conditions. We had Mike Dorney, Kevin Smith. Tony Murray, John Cashman,Michael Beirne Margaret Twohig and Amanda Cooney.

Brickey 5Km 

In the Brickey on Sunday morning in very windy but dry conditions Vicky Spiteri finished 2nd Lady overall and Paul Spiteri finished 3rd overall. Well done guys super running.
