Pfizers 5 Mile and more

Some really fine running at the Pfizers 6 Mile in Ringaskiddy on Wednesday evening. We had five runners and all did very well, Louise Barry was our first runner home closely followed by Dan Twohig. Then came Siobhan Murphy, Linda Curtin and Amanda Cooney.

 One of the highlights was seeing the finishes of our runners all being able to kick hard showing our Monday night speed sessions are paying off. Well done all.
