Cork Mental Health 5Km

Great to see such a crowd out supporting this race. We had a great crew there and once again came away with several prizes. 

We were 1st Team Grade C with Ger O'Regan, John Cashman and Neilus Aherne

Our first lady home was Sinead Falvey who continues to improve with every race and again getting a PB and taking 2nd O/40 prize.

Our first man home was Darren Aherne taking 3rd O/40

Out other prize winners were John Cashman 3rd O/55, Edmond O'Sullivan 2nd O/60 and Neilus Aherne 1st O/65.

Summer Night Out

A great night out was held on Saturday night at The Rock in Cloyne. A huge thank you to Colette Dalton for organising such a wonderful evening. Well done once again Colette and to The Rock for some great and plentiful food. Now we need to put in some extra miles to work it off.

Rathcormac 4 Mile

This race took place on Thursday evening which was a beautiful evening for running. We had a large crowd there from our club and its great to see such support for local races.

All our runners ran well and as usual we came away with some prizes. Martha McNamara 1st O/60, Neilus Aherne 1st O/65, John Cashman 2nd O/55 and Edmond O'Sullivan 2nd O/60
