Ballintotis Trial Run

A huge turnout for the trial run on Tuesday evening saw the sun shine and little or no wind making it an ideal evening for running. Organised superbly by the Ballintotis club it was great to see it so well supported. We had a lot of our members there and a special mention for our C2 5K gang who finished in flying style. Well done to all.

 As they say " If you can do 4 you can do 5"
