The Autumn Open International Cross Country took place in Abbotstown Dublin on Sunday Neilus Ahern was once again in the medals taking Silver 0/70 only 4 seconds behind the great Joe Gough. Andre Brodkorb also ran there Report to follow.

From Andre Neilus 2nd M70 which means running for Ireland next month

I had a good run, and achieved what I want to do, run a sustained 7.5km fast cross-country race.

Amsterdam Marathon

Tom Shines In The Rain

We had three runners there on Sunday morning Helen Gilroy and Mick Murphy who were very happy with their run and ran amazing splits to finish together in 3.45.41

Tom O'Brien had the run of a lifetime knocking twenty six (26) minutes off his Dublin time of last year finishing in just over 3.33. Definitely a PB to be cherished.

Tom says "It was crazy busy on the run. The road was packed the entire way. Very hard to track the pacers cos there was always someone in the way" and it was very wet there also.

TUI Palma Marathon and 10Km Mallorca

Jacki and Barry Hogan ran here this morning Barry ran the marathon and Jacki did the 10km It was slightly warmer than here at 23 degrees so it was not too bad for running. Well done guys.

The Rebel Run

Mark Fuller and Maurice Corcoran who did the Rebel Run Sunday morning

After a wonderful coffee morning yesterday thanks to Maire and Eugene for opening up their home.
