Last week we were in New York then we went to Lanzorete and now we are in Athens, Greece and still winning prizes.

Winter Training Camp
Lanzarote / Assembled for a run on first evening, an hour after arriving! No time being wasted here!!
Cross Country
The next cross country race coming up is the Munster masters in Co. Clare on Sunday 18 November. The only names I have so far are Joan Hough, Edmond O'Sullivan, Mike Hallahan and Neilus Aherne.
Anyone else interested in running there should please contact me this week. Entries have to be in next Monday.
