We need you at the Carrigtwohill 5Km

Next Wedensday evening sees the last of the Summer evening races take place in Carrigtwohill over a 5Km course.The race is at 7.30 and directions will be given later but it is a fundraiser for to help with autism and is well worthy of our support.
Therefore we are asking for as many as possible of our members to support this race.The is no one in the club that cannot run 5Km and lets finish off the summer season in style by having a large turnout from the club.
