Sun 15 Jan 2017, 10:00 - Munster Senior & Masters Indoor Championships

Those of you using what we call the Midleton 5 for training please be careful as there are a lot of new small potholes out there and one could easily trip and fall if one was not careful.

Membership is now due for 2017 and can be paid at training on Monday or Wednesday evenings. The fee remains at the great value of seventy euro. Please come a little early if registering in order to avoid missing out on training time also if possible bring the exact amount.

C2 5K

We started our new C2 5K group last Wednesday evening with a great crowd of enthusiastic beginners. We still have room for a few more so come along or contact us if you are interested. It is the best value around and the only session around that has both male and female qualified coaches who have years of experience between them in guiding and helping people to learn to run. We are open to all ages from eighteen to eighty. Please pass the word around.
