Reminder of the next few cross country races:
8 October County Senior
15 October County Intermediate
5 November County Masters
The club is unlikely to have a large entry at the senior event as it is a very high standard and a long race, but anyone who would like to be entered, please let me know by tomorrow, Wednesday, 4 October.
The intermediate race is less daunting and I certainly hope that we will have runners available to try and make a team that day. Please let me know by Wednesday,11 October at the latest if you would like to run. Come on girls, let's see if we can replicate our success at the novice race!
Also, the Gerry Farnan Autumn Open cross country is a big cross country event which takes place in Dublin on 22 October. All age categories are included in this race and it is the qualifying race for the Irish team which Neilus ran on for the last two years and Joan Hough has been on for several years. Entries are open now. Let me know if you are interested in running or have any questions on the above.
