Munster Road Reports
Joan Hough reports. The wet and windy conditions of this morning deteriorated suddenly with continuous sleet showers from 12noon.
With the temperature plummeting to 1.5*C for the start of the races at 1pm
Very large fields in both the women's and men's
Barry O'Shea reports. Tough day up here, conditions were rough, we had sleet and very cold weather. I had a tough day, ran about 22 30. Disappointing to be honest, I don't know what was wrong. I only ran about the same pace as last weekend and that was 10 mile.
One must really take one's hat off to these two amazing athletes to face out from Midleton in this mornings conditions and take on the journey to Dundrum, Co Tipperary. All I can say is ye did the club proud and your club is very proud of ye both.Danny
Our Ladies in Liverpool
Bernie Twomey and Deidre Aherne went on an outing with their Book Club and of course brought their running gear along and wound up displaying the club colours at a 5Km race in Liverpool. Well done ladies.
Please support this race next weekend. If we support their race they will support ours.

Very best of luck to our two runners here in Dundrum on Sunday Joan Hough and Barry O'Shea. No doubt they will do the club proud.
