This is a very nice out and back course especially on a beautiful Friday evening. We had four runners here tonight and once again they were in the prizes, Margaret Jones had a very good run and took 1st O/50 whilst Martha McNamara also had a fine run taking 2nd O/55. Well done everyone.

Midleton Cycling and Triathlon Club are holding the Hills of the Harbour triathlon on Sunday, 7 July at 10.00 am in Whitegate. They are looking for marshalls and would be delighted to hear from anyone in Midleton AC who is willing to give a hand. Barbecue afterwards for competitors and marshalls!
