The Captain's Run

Our club's annual Captain's Fun Run in aid of a local charity will take place at Barryscourt Castle on 
Sunday 22nd Dec. at 10am. 
All welcome. Everyone is welcome so please bring your kids and your friends. If possible please dress up for the occasion and this is a FUN event in aid of a local charity.

Newmarket 5Km

We had two runners today Astrid Micheel and Amanda Cooney. Astrid wound up with a new PB abelyabetted by Amanda. Well done ladies.


CLOYNE 4Km Race 2

A great crowd of over three hundred turned out in Cloyne this morning despite the inclement weather. As usual we had a mighty crew there including our c2 5k group who all got PBs. Our first man home was Barry O'Shea with his first run in ages after coming back from injury and he finished 4th overall Whilst our first lady was Siobhán O'Leary who also finished 4th Lady overall. Well done to Cloyne Community they had it expertly organised and were well prepaired for the large crowd.

Terms & Condition's 

Teams of 4 people at €10 per person
Each team has to guess the time it will take all four teams members to run around the lake.
No timing devices allowed
14 years and older

Team who guesses the closest time wins  

Money can be paid morning of the race

Festive dress optional
All proceeds go to Cork Penny Dinners
