Please stick to the rules laid down and do not bring YOUR club into disrepute. If you do not stick to the guidelines that is your own choice please don't go posting on Strava etc..
There is a lot of controversy at present re runners and social distancing etc so lets not get lumbered with the bad press that is out there and by all means run but please do so withen the guidelines. Take Care and We Will Race Again Danny

Ballintotis Road Race REFUNDS FOR ON LINE ENTRY
Thanks to all who had entered this year's race on line, before the event was cancelled.
Please note that the due to the Covid 19 Virus, there has been a delay in processing refunds. However, Primo Events, the company that handles our ON LINE entries, have been on lock down.
They have though assured us that refunds will will be issued to all entrants in the next few days.

The design of the souvenir race top has been finalized for the John Buckley Sports Cork City 10 Miler 2020. 🤗
Each participant will receive one of these fantastic long sleeved tops, in a beautiful colour combination,. With the race title and sponsors on the front and back, which gives the top a sleek and stylish look.😎
Like everyone else, we are hoping that the Covid 19 pandemic will have been brought under control by then🙏, and we can get back to normal.
When that happens, places for the John Buckley Sports Cork City 10 Miler which takes place on the 22nd of August will be a very sought after event. 🏅🏆🎖
So get your entry in early, by logging onto🖥 eventmaster and entering online. There are just over 500 enteries in at present.
There is absolutely no risk to your entry fee if the event does not proceed, but with over 4 months to go, we are extremely hopeful.
