On The Road Again

Amanda Cooney traveled again this weekend to do the Galway Half Marathon where she had another good solid run as always.

London Calling

Margaret Jones travelled to London to do her 20th Marathon where she had a very fine run and finished in 3.35.27. Well done Mags on another great one clocked up.

Other News

Tony Murray had a fine run in the Glen River Park Run on Saturday and it was really great to see John Cashman back in action in the 5km race in Tramore Valley Park on Sunday. Henry Milward ran in the Senior County Cross Country in Clondrohid on Sunday also.

Well done also to our three swimmers Sally Drennan, Mike Dorney and Andre Brodkorb who took part in "SWIMMINGALONGWAYTOGETHER" a 32 hour marathon relay swimming art event in Midleton Collegeat the weekend.

TRAINING

We are back to the All Weather Hockey Pitch on Monday evening at 6pm.

Wednesday training continues in at the Hall at 7pm
