Well done to our Boston 2 .They both had fine runs with Helen clocking 3.44.19 and Mick 3.24.34.
Unfortunately Helen took a tumble at Mile 23 and was shifted to the Medics Tent where she received several stitches but the amazing woman got back out there with a severely battered knee managed to finish the race.

Best of luck to our two the in Boston Marathon on Monday.

Lots of Apps online to follow their progress.

Ballybunion 10Km

The McCarthy family were out in force this weekend when they ran the Ballybunion 10Km  with some great results. Eugene finished 6th overall in 40.07 and Tiarnan came 8th in 40.28.
Máire Walsh also had a fine run in 49.34. The conditions were tough and quite windy. And no young Tom did not run but was a great supporter.
