This morning saw some very brave Midleton AC athletes face the icy roads and head to Co Clare and it was all worth while with Sinead O'Driscoll winning her category and coming 2nd overall. John Hennessy came 2nd in his Category also. Well done all.

Newmarket 5Km

We also had one runner brave enough to travel to Newmarket 5Km with his support crew. Tony Murray ran a fine race coming home in 19.40.

Upcoming Races 

NB.  Cloyne has been rescheduled for next Sunday at 9.30 am and the BHAA Turkey Trot ( in aid of Simon Community) is also on at 11am in Blackrock. In this race you predict your time (no watches allowed) and the nearest runner to their predicted time wins. So everyone has a chance of winning. Go On Go On yes you could manage to do the two of them. Race one and run the other.

Captains Run is on Christmas Eve at 10am.
