Ballybunion 10Km

The Twohig family did the Ballybunion 10Km on Saturday morning.

Dan reports that it was a very scenic route and very well organised. Well done guys.

New C2 5K starting on 19th April. Please pass the word around. This is suitable for beginners or those returning to running. It starts with the very basics and progresses. We have lots of other groups who can cater for those already running and wishing to improve. New members are always welcome to try out for a session or two and see how they get on.
