Sterling 5Km

The Sterling 5Km (formally Novartis 5Km) took place over the usual tough course on Wed evening. We had a nice number of runners there. Vicki Spiteri had a really great run taking 1st O/35 and also taking 1st with the Ladies HSE Team. Paul Spiteri was our first man home also having a great run passing several runners on the final 100M. 

We won this last year last start thinking of teams for this year.

VIKING HALF MARATHON

My brother and I  recently completed the Waterford Viking half marathon on a warm an humid day, he ran a fantastic time of 1.48.09 coming first in his category over 70. 

I completed a tough course in 1.59.24.

My brother was delighted with his time travelling, especially over from Holland for the event. 

Well done Martha We will have to look into an international transfer for your brother.
