UPDATES and RACES

 Paul Spiteri had a fine run in the Courtmacsherry 10Km on Friday evening despite the tough conditions. This is an out and back course and is known for the wind that crops up there at times. Friday was one of those evenings where it was very strong against the runners on the outward section.
