TRAINING
Training resumes on Monday 8th Jan @ 6pm
Togher 5Km
We had five runners here today in what were described as horrendous conditions, Bernadette Twomey running on her home turf .Along with Amanda Cooney, Joseph Power, Mark Fuller and Ian Kohler. Well done all.
Grange Fermoy 10Km
In equally horrendous conditions we had four runners at the Grange Fermoy 10Km. A very well organised race. Our first man home was Mark Cronin getting another PB and breaking the forty minute barrier in 39.40. Shortly behind him was Derek Ahern who was again followed by Ger O'Regan. David Curtin had a fine run also auguring well for Dungarvan. The conditions were really bad over a tough course with the rain stopping and starting all the way. Well done all.
