Cork BHAA Read on blog or Reader Race Notification: Sterling 5k By Cork BHAA Admin on 29/6/24 Our next race is the Sterling 5k race on Wednesday July 3 at 8pm. Registration takes place from 6.30pm at the Sterling offices at a cost of €5 for registered runners and €10 for non-registered. Note, registration closes at 7.50pm to allow us get the race started on time. Sterling will provide a t-shirt to the first 300 runners to register on the night. They also have a bonus for  breaking the course record.

 Louise Barry reports " Lovely evening in Ballymacarbry, Co. Waterford. John ran a fantastic run in his new category, his fastest time this year. Myself and Maire  were very happy with our tempo runs in the Nire Valley cheered on by the wonderful Neilus Aherne!"
