Gas Networks Ireland 5Km 

We had a great crew out on Wednesday evening for the Gas Networks Ireland 5Km in Blackrock. The weather was humid but the rain held off so it was a nice evening for the race. Our first man home was Club Captain Ger O'Regan and our first lady was Nathalie O'Connell. It was great to see so many out and all running so well. Hopefully we will have as many next Tuesday for the East Cork Championships  and also in Churchtown South on Thursday.
