Togher 5Km
Sunday morning was a beautiful morning for running the Togher 5Km and made a big change from the rain of last year. We had a number of runners there. Paul Spitiri was our first man home and Martha McNamara our first lady. We had a number of juveniles there also. It was great to see Mike Dorney making his return, It was as usual very well organised.
Farenfore 4 Mile
This is one of the longest running and most famous races in the country and today we saw club member Rosie Young get a PB there. Its a tough hilly course and a hard one to get a PB on. Well done Rosie what a great way to end the year.

Eimear O'Mullane took part in this on St Stephens Day and had another fine run. There was a total of 581 finishers.
The Ladies race was won by Emily Sisson in 20.31 who finished 3rd overall in a new course record. She is the USA Marathon Record holder. What a race to be part of. Well done Eimear.
