This is a very popular race and the tops are almost sold out and the race always sells out. So don't delay,

Duhallow 5Km

This is one of the best 5Kms in the country with runners coming from all over. We had three runners there today Dee Duran, Eimear O'Mullane and Michael Beirne. Dee had a great run (even after organising the party last night) clocking 19.33 (11secs PB) Well done all.

Party Time 

 A great night was had on Sarurday when the club held its annual Xmas Party in East Cork Golf Club. The food was excellent and the atmosphere electric. Big thanks to Dee Duran for organising and to Louise for the raffle and to the wonderful Sean Hennessy and his band for the music.
