Important Message from Bernie 

 Hi All I am again looking after de catering for de club with my regular helpers. May I appeal to u again, as u have many times before, get de mixer out, bake a few cakes  or a few sambos for our hungry runners. I'll be there from 5pm to collect anything u can donate.
