Training returns to the All Weather Pitch on Monday evening next at 6pm.
Wednesday evening continues outside the Co Op at 6.30 with great crowds attending. All levels welcome.

Sunday saw one of the biggest crowds compete in the Novice Cross Country in many the year with almost ninety ladies and over one hundred men taking part. We had both a Ladies and men's teams competing. Both acquitted themselves extremely well against such big competition Sinead Falvey had a very good run finishing eleventh as had our other ladies Rosie Young, Eileen Leahy, Nathalie O'Connell, Meadhbh Campbell and Bridgit Ryan. Full results not yet available.
Our men did well also with Denny McLean having a superb run followed by Ger O'Regan, Jeremy Gatt Coleiro and Andre Brodkorb. A very special THANK YOU must go to Jeremy who stepped in during the week to make up the team and after all cross country is a team sport.
A big thank you to all who ran and represented our club so well and also to those who came out and supported. On a tough course like todays every shout of support counts .
Dee Duran 3rd in elevate Credit Union Charity Run
Well done to Dee Duran who finished 3rd lady 19.50 in the Elevate Credit Union 5Km in Tramore Valley Park on Sunday morning.
