Dundrum 10km

We had two runners here on Wednesday evening in this top class event which attracts really good runners. Michael Beirne and Frances Mauncell both having really good runs. Frances reports  

"Great 10K race in Dundrum tipperary,  flat and fast with some great time, Micheal Beirne having a great race just missing out on a PB.

I had a solid run coming in just over 40 minutes"
