Sterling 5 Km

This BHAA race took place in Ringaskiddy on Wed evening. We had two runners there. John Cashman and Maurice Corcoran Maurice reports 

 "I ran the Sterling 5K last night. Tough race especially run up to the finish. Managed to get a PB. Would have been nice to break 24 mins too but as you can see I literally threw myself over the line . Was few seconds faster on watch alright"
