Novartis 5Km Wed 5TH Aug
A nice night for running saw the course record formally held by Midleton resident Noel Berkley broken by a superb run by Mark Hanrahan (many will know Mark as the young man working in John Buckley’s shop) in a time of 14.38.
Midleton runners had success on the night too with Noel O Regan coming back on form with 1ST o/40 and Tom Cody taking 3RD o/50.
Sally Drennan was our successful lady coming fourth lady overall in a superb run.
Refreshments after were up to the usual high standard of Novartis and the results were on hand very quickly. A new record was also achieved by the BHAA in having the results online so fast.Well done to all concerned
