Novartis 5Km Wed. @8PM

This is a well established race over the popular Ringaskiddy circuit.It is noted for its excellent food and prizes and is always very well organised.They also present a T Shirt and this year there are five hundred T Shirts with 30 going to the stewards leaving 470 to the runners so one better be in the first 470 if one wants one.Also please come early as they are expecting huge numbers.

Shanagarry 5Km Thur. @ 8PM

This is the annual race that takes place with the Blue Jean Festival over the usual Shanagarry 5 Km course.There is usually a reasonable crowd here but with the increase in numbers in recent races it is expected there will be a bigger crowd than usual. This races is well worth supporting as the entry fee goes to charity.
