Beautiful Ballintotis

A very special thanks you to John Cashman who kindly took us on a special exclusive preview of the new course for next weeks race. It is really a beautiful course and most scenic (second only to the Midleton 5). We had a large contingent of runners on the night and everyone thought the course was great. Dont forget the race itself takes place next Thur. evening at 8pm. Please arrive early.
