Ballycotton 10 is only around the corner and we know some members for whatever reason injury or lack of training etc wont be able to run.

We ask these members

give your number to someone else as this is

STRICTLY

against the rules of the race and the club.

When entering Ballycotton 10 you signed you would abide by the rules of the race.

What you do as an individual is strictly up to you but your number carries the name of your club with it and we do not want the good name of our club brought into disrepute.

Ballycotton 10 operate a NAME & SHAME policy
