Development Squad

We will be doing Ballintotis 4Mile again next Wed. We will meet and warm up in the church car park from 6-6.15 and go on the run then. You are welcome to come and do the Thur.night one as well if anyone wants to.

Club Run in Ballintotis

We will have our official club run around Ballintotis on next Thur at 7 pm
Meet in the car park and we leave at 7.15 This will be followed by a cuppa in the Community Hall courtesy of our Ballintotis friends.Hopefully as many as possible will make it.Training as usual at 7 on Wed .
